In WhatsApp, open the chat → menu → More → Export chat → Without media, then choose Sakemly from the share sheet. Sakemly reads it and builds a summary into a Space.
A Space groups one or more chats around a theme — for example one Space per child's class. You can add several chats to the same Space and see a combined summary.
Delete a Space at any time from inside the app to remove its chats and summary. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email support@sakemly.com and we'll take care of it.
Yes. Your chats are processed to build your summaries and stored encrypted, full messages are kept only briefly, and your data isn't sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Make sure notifications are allowed for Sakemly in your phone's settings, and that you set a reminder on the item or Space. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.
